What counts as a call?
A verification call uses your quota when the customer answers and responds: confirms the order, cancels it, or asks to talk to your team. Calls nobody answers do not use your quota.
When does my monthly quota reset?
Every month, on the same date your plan started. Yearly plans get their full monthly quota every month of the year.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. When you upgrade, the unused days of your current plan are credited towards the new one. A downgrade starts when your current plan period ends.
How can I pay?
With bKash, or by manual payment: send the amount and upload the receipt from your dashboard, and our team confirms it.
How do orders reach the platform?
Our WooCommerce plugin sends new orders automatically. Developers can also send orders through the API.
